Team Classifications

Each team should fall under one of these gender divisions
and one of these classifications

*Some states have rules against high school athletes participating in organized events as an official high school team during off seasons. Please make sure you are obeying all state high school athletics rules before you make your team official. Consult your coach or athletic director if you have questions.

Cost

Epic Exclusive Registration (June 27, 2011 - July 29, 2011):

Only available to 2011 Epic Oregon Relay participants

$864 for 12 member teams and $432 for ultra teams ($72 per runner)

With a $100 deposit you secure the price above and your team’s spot

*Full payment is not due until October 15, 2011

Epic Early Registration (June 27, 2011 - August 31, 2011):

$960 for 12 member teams and $480 for ultra teams ($80 per runner)

With a $100 deposit you secure the price above and your team’s spot

*Full payment is not due until December 1, 2011

Early Registration (September 1, 2011 - November 30, 2011):

$1,056 for 12 member teams and $528 for ultra teams ($88 per runner)

With a $100 deposit you secure the price above and your team’s spot

*Full payment is not due until March 1, 2012

Regular Registration (December 1, 2011 - February 28, 2012):

$1,152 for 12 member teams and $576 for ultra teams ($96 per runner)

With a $100 deposit you secure the price above and your team’s spot

*Full payment is not due until April 15, 2012

Late Registration (March 1, 2012 - April 30, 2012):

$1,248 for 12 member teams and $624 for ultra teams ($104 per runner)

Last Second Registration (May 1, 2012 - May 25, 2012):

$1,344 for 12 member teams and $672 for ultra teams ($112 per runner)

High School teams are always $420

Team change fee
- Any changes to your team after registration closes on May 23, 2012 will result in a $15 processing fee per change and a Runner/Volunteer Substitution Form must be completed for EACH runner/volunteer substitution and handed in at the Relay Start Check In.
