Team Classifications

 

Each team should fall under one of these gender divisions
and one of these classifications

*Some states have rules against high school athletes participating in organized events as an official high school team during off seasons. Please make sure you are obeying all state high school athletics rules before you make your team official. Consult your coach or athletic director if you have questions.

Cost Epic Exclusive Registration (August 22, 2011 - September 17, 2011): Only available to 2011 Epic Cache-Teton Relay participants $948 for 12 member teams and $474 for ultra teams ($79 per runner) With a $100 deposit you secure the Epic Exclusive Registration price and your team’s spot in the Epic Cache-Teton Full payment is not due until December 1, 2011 Epic Early Registration (August 22, 2011 - October 31, 2011): $1032 for 12 member teams and $516 for ultra teams ($86 per runner) With a $100 deposit you secure the Epic Early Registration price and your team’s spot in the Epic Cache-Teton Full payment is not due until January 1, 2012 Early Registration (November 1, 2011 - January 31, 2012): $1104 for 12 member teams and $552 for ultra teams ($92 per runner) With a $100 deposit you secure the Early Registration price and your team’s spot in the Epic Cache-Teton Full payment is not due until April 1, 2012 Regular Registration (February 1, 2012 - April 30, 2012): $1200 for 12 member teams and $600 for ultra teams ($100 per runner) With a $100 deposit you secure the Regular Registration price and your team’s spot in the Epic Cache-Teton Full payment is not due until June 15, 2012 Late Registration (May 1, 2012 - June 30, 2012): $1320 for 12 member teams and $660 for ultra teams ($110 per runner). Last Second Registration (July 1, 2012 - July 18, 2012): $1440 for 12 member teams and $720 for ultra teams ($120 per runner). High School teams are always $420 Team change fee Any changes to your team after registration closes on July 18, 2012 will result in a $15 processing fee per change and a Runner/Volunteer Substitution Form must be completed for EACH runner/volunteer substitution and handed in at the Relay Start Check In. *Deposits are nonfundable

• Glass chalk to write "CAUTION RUNNER ON ROAD" on vehicles
